Company Overview
Vanguard Marketing Group, formerly known as Larrabee Company, is a leading manufacturer’s representative agency established in 1976.
For over 50 years, the organization has been dedicated to serving the construction and industrial distribution channels across Northern California, Hawaii, and Northern Nevada.
Originally founded as Larrabee Company, the agency rebranded to Vanguard Marketing Group in November 2020 to better reflect its evolving scope and forward-looking vision.
What began as a two-person operation has grown into a dynamic team of ten professionals, supported by more than 20,000 square feet of combined warehousing and office space.

Ron has dedicated decades to helping distributors and end users in the construction industry achieve stronger sales growth, work more safely, and boost efficiency and productivity—all while keeping the experience positive and enjoyable. He continues this journey at Vanguard Marketing Group, drawing on years of industry partnerships to deliver reliable guidance and real results. Myron Kadillak
Myron joined Vanguard Marketing Group in April 2019, bringing over 30 years of proven sales experience with leading manufacturers across Northern California and Northern Nevada. His deep passion for success, combined with a strong track record, makes him a trusted ally for both Distribution Partners and end users. Myron focuses on practical solutions that drive performance and long-term value in our key markets.
Cory Winborn
Cory joined Vanguard Marketing Group in December 2015, starting in inside sales before moving to Territory Manager for Contra Costa and the East Bay. Over the years, he's built strong product knowledge and clear, effective communication skills that help meet the real needs of distributors and manufacturers alike. Cory works collaboratively to deliver straightforward, reliable support that keeps operations running smoothly.
Brandon Cruz
Brandon joined Vanguard Marketing Group in April 2023 as Territory Manager for the Central Valley, Sacramento, and Northern Nevada regions. With 10 years of hands-on experience across distribution, end-user operations, and manufacturing, he offers a well-rounded perspective that helps solve practical challenges for both our Distribution Partners and Manufacturers. Brandon focuses on tailored, efficient solutions that support reliability and performance in the field.
